I offer an initial 30-45 min consultation which is free of charge. You will be asked to complete a Fitness and Lifestyle Questionnaire, and together do some work on goal setting. This is a good “ice-breaker” session and an ideal way to get to know each other.

1 hr training session includes:-

  • Provision of exercise equipment
  • Goal setting and monitoring
  • Regular measuring of Body Stats
  • Program design and progression
  • Nutrition advice – as required
  • E-mail support as required
