Welcome to the website of Anne Jaques

I have been running my Personal Training business for over 10 years and my client base ranges from 17 to 70 years young! I am a member of the National Register of Personal Trainers and am also qualified in GP Referrals (Exercise Programming for Specialist Populations) – Ante/Post Natal, Stress Management, Asthma, Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Hypertension, Heart Problems. I also have experience of the corporate sector, providing consultancy for Fitness in the Work Place.

I come from a sporting background and have completed the New York Marathon twice – I’m a firm believer in “walking the talk”.

I believe that Personal Training is a real alternative to the mass market, often impersonal approach provided by large corporate gyms and health clubs. It’s very much a joint approach – your input is critical in helping design programmes that are achievable and adaptable to your busy lifestyle.
