My approach

No two fitness clients are the same as everyone has their own initial fitness level, and often very different fitness goals. I offer a training programme solution which is unique to each client, specifically tailored to their needs.

Whether you want to tone up, lose weight, reduce body fat levels, improve self-esteem, regain fitness following injury, illness, operation, train for a specific event ….. these are all possible.

I offer Personal Training sessions any time between 7.00 am and 8.00 pm Monday to Friday. When first embarking on a new fitness programme, the most effective results are usually achieved by having two or three sessions per week. This will provide you with the kickstart to your new routine.

I arrange an initial consultation which is complementary, where we talk about your goals, why you’ve decided to contact me, complete a Health and Fitness Questionnaire which will provide me with background information on any medical problems, old injuries you may have sustained. which will affect the programme design. This is an ideal “icebreaker” ... a get to know you session. We are then ready to go ahead and book some training sessions.

The initial training session will comprise Fitness Testing, which will include weight, body mass index, body fat composition, and various industry tests to establish cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength and endurance.
