About me

I have been running my Personal Training business for 4 years and my client base ranges from 17 to 70 years young! I am a member of the National Register of Personal Trainers and am also qualified in GP Referrals (Exercise Programming for Specialist Populations) – Ante/Post Natal, Stress Management, Asthma, Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Hypertension, Heart Problems. I also have experience of the corporate sector, providing consultancy for Fitness in the Work Place.

I come from a sporting background and have completed the New York Marathon twice in the last 4 years – I’m a firm believer in “walking the talk”.

I believe that Personal Training is a real alternative to the mass market, often impersonal approach provided by large corporate gyms and health clubs. It’s very much a joint approach – your input is critical in helping design programmes that are achievable and adaptable to your busy lifestyle. Step by step I can help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I believe passionately about helping my clients fulfil their potential – we all have it in us to be the best we can be.

In addition to the obvious “cosmetic” benefits of weightloss, improved ratio of bodyfat to lean muscle tissue, there is that wonderful feelgood factor that comes from regular exercise – the satisfaction of doing a good job and reaching your goals.
